Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Lead and inspire the front office team, fostering a positive and professional work environment Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times Manage and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and expectations Oversee the accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks and reports Train and mentor new front office staff members Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for front office operations Monitor and optimize front desk performance metrics Assist in managing inventory and supplies for the front office area Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and local laws Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in a front office or similar customer service role Extensive experience working in a hotel or resort environment Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent time management and organizational skills Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach Professional appearance and demeanor Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts as required Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards and cultural norms Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (not required) Company Location: Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel
