As a Front Office Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Hotel Night Supervisor to ensure efficient and accurate reporting of hotel accounts and maintaining the front office and concierge desk during evenings. Responsibilities
  • Maximise guest satisfaction by effectively managing guest complaints, soliciting feedback, and building strong relationships that drive continuous improvement in service
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships across all departments to ensure seamless collaboration and a culture of fun and entertainment that actively engages guests
  • Oversee rooms inventory and ensure VIP and regular guests receive their benefits, enhancing the guest experience
  • Assist in team member training, development, and performance management, including monitoring scheduling, rostering, and labor costs to maximise productivity
  • Participate in performance appraisals and manage team member performance while ensuring high security standards for guest room and vehicle keys, including conducting valet services
