ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front Office Supervisor to join our team. In this crucial role, you will oversee the daily operations of the reception, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or resort front office
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations gracefully
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Fluent written and spoken English

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Formal education in hospitality management or a related field
  • Familiarity with hotel management software
  • Experience working in high-end hospitality environments
  • Knowledge of additional languages
Responsibilities
  • Supervising the reception team to ensure efficient and friendly service
  • Training, developing, and motivating reception staff
  • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
  • Assisting in inventory management and ordering reception supplies
  • Managing receptionists’ schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels
  • Collaborating with other departments to provide seamless service
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the reception area
