OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various clinical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong professional communication skills, proficiency in office management software, and a commitment to delivering excellent support to both patients and staff.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years experience in a medical office environment with a focus on customer service and records management.
  • Previous experience utilizing EMR systems.
  • Foundational understanding of medical insurance requirements and practices
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail in data entry and document management.
  • Background in administrative support.
  • Experience in team supervision and staff scheduling.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
    Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
