JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a passionate Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will support all Front Office team members and collaborate with the Assistant Front Office Manager to manage dad-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Front Office Manager to sustain service standards and foster a welcoming and professional environment for both guests and associates.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
  • Address guest inquiries and promptly resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English; fluency in additional languages is preferred
