The role ... We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Front Office Supervisor to lead our reception team and ensure every member and guest is welcomed with the distinctive Soho House warmth. In this role, you will oversee daily front office operations, support the reception team, and act as a key point of contact for both members and internal departments. You’ll bring strong hospitality expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the confidence to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment with ease. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a central role in delivering a seamless, personalised, and memorable experience for every member. Main duties Supervise and support the Front Office team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operation Lead by example in delivering exceptional service and member care Handle escalated inquiries, complaints, and operational challenges with confidence and professionalism Coordinate with Housekeeping, Events, Membership, and other departments to deliver seamless communication and service Oversee reservation systems, check-ins/outs, and ensure accurate member information and billing Assist with onboarding, training, and developing new reception team members Maintain a polished front desk environment that reflects Soho House standard What we are looking for Experience in a Front Office or supervisory hospitality role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and support a team Confident multitasker, comfortable managing high-volume phone lines and guest flow Proficient with booking and CRM systems; experience with such as Opera is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts with ease Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills Strong command of English (additional languages are a plus) Flexible schedule, including the ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays Benefits Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks.
