Job Description Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Front Office Team Leader wishing to take the next step up in one’s career and use their talent to create a vibrant culture within the Front Office team at the largest Accor property in New Zealand. Coaching the team to ensure that every member is confident in providing valuable insider information about tourist attractions and restaurants to hotel guests Assist in the hotel Front Office Operations Establish on-going On the Job Training within the department to meet brand and service essentials, using department procedure manuals as a base for all service procedures and training. Assisting in recruitment activities, seeking staff who are passionate and have a natural inclination towards customer focused service. Qualifications Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, ideally you also have: Previous Front Office experience is essential, as well as a proven track record of managing and motivating a team Knowledge of Opera Cloud has its advantageous Exposure in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment Ability to remain calm and diplomatic when under pressure, providing flexible solutions throughout Be a skilled negotiator to resolve a range of guest and employee concerns Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication – both verbal &written Hold a Valid New Zealand's Drivers Licence Additional Information Why join Pullman Auckland?
