Your Role Lead, support, and mentor our Guest Service Agents to deliver exceptional service. Support the onboarding and ongoing training of our Guest Service Agents Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries. Be the first point of escalation for guest issues, resolving them with professionalism and care. Work closely with Duty Managers and other departments to create a seamless guest experience. Maintain high standards of presentation across the team and lobby. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services, ideally in a hotel environment. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach. Confidence in using hotel systems and managing multiple priorities.
