Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Front Office Team Leader, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the smooth functioning of the team. This role provides leadership, guidance, and support to Front Office associates, facilitating seamless check-in and check-out processes, managing guest inquiries, and resolving service issues promptly. The front Office Supervisor ensures operational standards are met, fosters team development, and acts as a role model for delivering professional and personalized hospitality to all guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will anticipate guests’ service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manage
  • Operate telephone switchboard station, process requests for guests, and advise guest of any messages.
  • You will maintain customer loyalty through the innovative resolution of issues, with strong attention to ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Co-ordinate Front Office operations during shift, including Front Desk, Communications, Concierge and Driveway to ensure guest service excellence and adherence to the Hotel’s standards and procedures at all times.
