We are seeking an experienced Front Office Team Leader to join our team. This role will report to the Front Office Manager and is responsible for managing & overseeing the Front Office department, including the day-to-day operations.

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE:

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Guest Service Agent, or similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficient in hotel management systems and general computer applications.
• To have a strong proven track record of effective customer relationship management in a hospitality environment
