You’ll play a key role in delivering warm welcomes, smooth stays, and genuine guest connections. You’ll be approachable, proactive, and service-driven, contributing to a positive, supportive, and fun team culture. What the Role Looks Like: Guest Journey & Experience • Deliver excellent service throughout the guest journey — from pre-arrival to post-checkout. • Support daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests. • Handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when needed. • Use guest feedback positively to improve service and enhance the guest experience. • Promote the ALL Loyalty Programme and identify opportunities to upsell services. Teamwork & Professionalism • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience. • Lead by example through a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. • Follow brand standards and ensure consistent service delivery. • Take part in training opportunities and actively contribute to personal development. Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Previous experience with Opera PMs or similar, preferred but not essential Proficiency in using financial software and hotel management systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently with little supervision. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
