The Dental Front Office member is a member of the Dental team that includes the Dental Site Administrator, Dentist, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants and Front Office. They support the mission and values of Maple City Health Care Center (MCHCC) by providing quality care in a team environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinates the work of the Dental Front Office? Greets and receives patients and the general public, by phone or in person? Coordinates various activities related to front office procedures to assure a smooth patient flow and high quality of customer service? Works with Billing Team to ensure accurate and timely billing? Utilizes EMR in patient care and staff communication? Coordinates patient referrals? Completes opening and closing tasks? Other duties that support our shared work, as assigned? Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills?
Responsibilities
This role involves coordinating the work of the Dental Front Office, which includes greeting and receiving patients both by phone and in person to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality customer service. Key duties also encompass working with the Billing Team for accurate billing, utilizing EMR systems, coordinating patient referrals, and completing daily opening and closing tasks.
