About the group (Schneider Digital): All IT needs for Schneider Electric are managed by a group called Schneider Digital; spread across 235 locations in 65 countries with over 2000 staff. To manage operations smoothly it is required to provide proximity to business leaders for better understanding of their strategy & process and aligning IT initiatives accordingly and hence we are organized in five Regions each headed by a Regional CIO. Org Structure –Where is this position placed in the organization: The global presence is divided by Regions represented by Regional CIO and all countries are grouped under their respective Zones represented by Zone Head. CEO->CDO->Global CIO->Regional CIO->Director – Digital Customer Relationship About the role: Sales processes in Front Office (Commercial organization) are going through massive transformation to leverage digitization and bring better experience to our customers with faster response and simplified tools. Multiple global programs are launched and each country/Zone is managing the transformation/tool deployment. It becomes important to centralize the management of projects at Regional level and bring synergies among various projects to optimize efforts, gain speed and leverage learning opportunities which will be the key responsibility of this role. Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience 1. Total IT experience of 8-10 years, with excellent communication and leadership skills. 2. Minimum of three years’ experience in an IT Consulting role to enable Front-office digitization. 3. Minimum of three years’ experience in Project Management and integration activities 4. Experience in deployment and rollout of large applications for complex organizations 5. Good knowledge of ERP Systems and middleware. 6. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, should have interacted with top executives and possess the ability to influence them 7. Self-motivated, ability to challenge status quo and inject optimism 8. Ability to wear different hats, be demanding and challenging Business stakeholder to the IT Solutions/Services, infrastructure teams and vice versa 9. Be abreast with the industry trends and guide Business teams in leveraging the current IT trends as well as align Business strategies to leverage future IT solutions. 10. Ensure best in class IT Solutions are delivered in best quality and on time to address Business needs 11. Ability to collaborate with various teams locally and globally to deliver best IT solutions to the Business 12. Strong ability to influence without authority Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 1. Interact with various project managers Business stakeholders regularly to discuss and define IT Blueprint/Road Map/Landscape and ensure these are aligned with the organization strategy 2. Identify the project challenges upfront and work with Global experts to mitigate go-live delays 3. Ensure regular and optimal communication to Business and other stakeholders 4. Regularly identify Business organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement 5. Communicate and discuss with Business the latest IT trends across industry and ensure SE Businesses are on par and ahead of the competition from IT perspective. 6. Identify Key/Power Users, and ensure they are trained and equipped well from IT perspective 7. Influence businesses, help and assist them in identifying what they need Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills) 1. Experience as a Business Analyst 2. Data Analytics skills 3. Ability to deal with ambiguity.
