BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Front Office & Visitor Services Coordinator to our Vehicle Logistics Division in Budapest. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the reception, inquiry response and route guidance for all visitors at the Europe General Manager’s Office Building, ensuring that every visitor is provided with courteous, professional and efficient service. Based on the purpose of each visit, communicate and confirm with the relevant departments or personnel, and promptly guide visitors to the designated meeting rooms, offices or waiting areas. Take charge of visitor identity verification, registration procedures and visitor card management, to guarantee the safe and orderly entry and exit of all personnel. Be fully familiar with the latest office building layout and the location of each department, and provide visitors with accurate directions to specific floors, rooms and facilities. Assist in maintaining order and cleanliness at the front desk and reception area, so as to foster a positive corporate image and welcoming atmosphere. Assist with handling visitors’ temporary needs (such as waiting arrangements and basic information inquiries), and report any special circumstances to supervisors in a timely manner. Strictly adhere to the company’s confidentiality policy, and shall not disclose internal information without proper authorization. Assist in managing front desk materials including display documents, brochures and business cards, ensuring they are neatly arranged, adequately stocked and replenished in a timely fashion. Record and feedback visitors’ opinions and suggestions during the reception process, to provide a basis for optimizing reception procedures and service quality. Participate in reception and guidance work for important events, meetings and visit itineraries, such as visits by senior management, government delegations and client inspection teams. Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors.
