REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments.
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated during busy shifts.

Responsibilities
