We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Proficient in negotiation, budgeting, payroll processing, and bookkeeping practices.
• Solid understanding of merchandising techniques and retail sales strategies.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions based on trends.
