SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Front Store Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, leading team members, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and performance across the store.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Stong organizational, multitasking and decision making skills
• Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends and holidays
• Independent thinking as it relates to organizing store
• Problem solving is essential to ensure customer satisfaction

EXPERIENCE:

• Computer literate
• Cash handling experience
• Organized
• Able to delegate
• Efficient time management skills
• Knowledge of products and supplies
