JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, with the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in front desk operations and hotel management systems is preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
  • Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and provide information as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations in the hotel management system.
  • Assist with the coordination of guest services, including room assignments and special requests.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
