Job description As a frontend developer at Conference Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and scaling our web application. You will be part of a team building intuitive, high‑performance, and maintainable user interfaces using React and TypeScript. Core Responsibilities You’ll help ensure that our frontend meets usability, accessibility, and performance standards, while enabling fast iterations and clean, scalable code. You will work with: Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript. Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences. Implement best practices for state management, component architecture, and code quality. Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and responsiveness across devices. Optimize frontend performance and drive improvements in scalability. Contribute to frontend technical direction. Your team Conference Manager is in an exciting scale‑up phase, where development cycles are becoming faster to meet customer demand, and we have just started a new frontend architecture journey. Together with your team of developers, designers, and product managers, you’ll play a critical role in transforming our product into a seamless and modern SaaS experience for conferences worldwide. Do you have what it takes? To thrive in this role, the preferred candidate should have experience in several of the following areas: 2+ years of professional frontend development experience. Solid expertise in React (hooks, context, and component design patterns). Strong TypeScript skills and good understanding of typed APIs. Good knowledge of modern CSS (CSS‑in‑JS, CSS modules, or similar). Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Testing Library, Playwright, or similar). Understanding of application state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar). Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). What's in it for you?
