QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS for building responsive layouts
Experience developing web applications using React.
Strong portfolio demonstrating web and graphic design skills, with examples of responsive websites.
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Frontend Designer at our Irvine, CA office. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for transforming design concepts into visually engaging and highly functional websites. You will collaborate closely with our design and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of creative ideas, focusing on both aesthetics and usability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and implement visually compelling website designs based on project requirements and client feedback.
Develop responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS, ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers.
Translate Figma or Adobe XD mockups into interactive React components and web pages.
Collaborate with graphic designers and UX/UI specialists to maintain brand consistency and deliver optimal user experiences.
Optimize website performance and accessibility, adhering to modern web standards and best practices.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design and development processes.
