What do we want to achieve together?
Front End Development Leadership: Spearhead front end development efforts, driving the creation of intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing user interfaces for our platform.
Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, back end engineers, and product managers to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Technological Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging front end technologies and best practices, advocating for their adoption where appropriate to enhance the performance, scalability, and maintainability of our platform.
Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing methodologies to ensure the reliability, accessibility, and compatibility of front end code across various browsers and devices.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the evolution of our coding standards and development processes.
Effective Communication: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and solicit feedback throughout the development lifecycle. What do you need to be successful in this role?
5+ years of Front End Development Experience: Proven expertise in the development of frontend applications is essential, with advanced knowledge in either the React or Flutter frameworks viewed as a significant asset. - P
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and a typed programming language such as TypeScript or Dart: Strong command of core web technologies and standards, with the ability to implement complex user interfaces and interactive features.
Version Control Systems: Experience working with Git or other version control systems to manage code repositories and collaborate with team members.
Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and implement innovative solutions.
Adaptability and Team Collaboration: Flexible approach to development methodologies and project requirements, with a strong commitment to teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field: Preferred but not required, equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Fluency in one or more additional languages such as French, Spanish. Italian, or Portuguese is a plus. What will you find working at Infinit?
