• Building and maintaining high-quality UI components for data-rich tools, balancing design quality with technical robustness
• Working across multiple sectors, adapting to different user needs and use cases
• Using AI-assisted tooling to streamline development, research solutions, and improve code quality
• Collaborating with designers, developers, and analysts to shape how products look, feel, and function
• Owning scoped features — from understanding requirements and edge cases to delivering and testing
• Participating in code reviews, sharing knowledge, and helping shape team best practices
