• Development and further development of modern, user-friendly user interfaces for our online shop and other web applications
• Implementation of designs in high-performance, reusable frontend components
• Ensuring responsive design and consistent display across all devices and browsers
• Connecting the frontend to backend services via REST/GraphQL APIs, as well as close collaboration with backend development, design/UX, and the e-commerce team.
• Optimization of loading times, usability and accessibility
• Quality assurance through code reviews, tests, and participation in our deployment workflow

Your qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science, vocational training as an IT specialist in application development, or comparable practical experience
• Experience in implementing responsive design and mobile-first approaches, as well as with at least one modern framework (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular), preferably React.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility, and web performance optimization
• Experience with connecting to backend systems and ideally with shop systems and CMS integrations.
• Confident handling of version control (Git) and common build tools 
• Teamwork skills for close coordination with the design and backend teams
• Quality awareness (testing, code reviews) and attention to detail
• Good German and English skills
