Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded firmware for UAV flight-control boards.
• Develop hardware drivers for IMU, GPS, airspeed sensors, and other avionics hardware.
• Implement and manage communication protocols including UART, CAN, SPI, and I2C.
• Develop payload and servo control systems.
• Integrate embedded software with avionics and flight-control hardware.
• Perform system-level integration, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Work closely with avionics hardware, flight-control, and systems engineers.
• Support prototype development and flight-test activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong programming skills in C/C++.
• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers and real-time embedded systems.
• Strong understanding of communication protocols such as CAN, UART, SPI, and I2C.
• Experience developing hardware drivers and interfacing with sensors.
• Familiarity with RTOS, STM32, ARM Cortex, or similar platforms.
• Experience with UAVs, drones, flight-control systems, or aerospace applications is an advantage.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
