Senior Frontend Developer AI-First Digital Agency

About Tentwenty
Tentwenty is a digital agency building high-quality websites, digital platforms, mobile applications and AI-powered experiences for leading organizations across the Middle East.
We are currently going through one of the biggest transformations in our industry: becoming an AI-first agency.
We believe the traditional way of developing digital products is changing fundamentally. Increasingly, AI will write, generate, test and improve large parts of the codebase. For us, this does not make great developers less important. It makes exceptional technical people more important than ever.
The role of a senior developer at Tentwenty is therefore changing.
We are not looking for someone whose main value is how many lines of code they can produce. We are looking for someone who understands frontend engineering deeply enough to design the right architecture, guide AI-generated development, challenge technical decisions, review quality, solve complex problems and ultimately take responsibility for what we deliver.
At the same time, we believe senior technical roles will become increasingly customer-facing. You should be comfortable discussing solutions with clients, understanding business requirements, explaining technical decisions and helping lead projects from concept to successful delivery.
The Role
As our Senior Frontend Developer, you will combine four areas of responsibility:
Technical Architecture + AI-Assisted Development + Quality Ownership + Project & Client Leadership
You will help define how modern frontend projects should be built in an AI-first environment and ensure that everything we deliver meets Tentwenty's standards for performance, scalability, maintainability, security and user experience.
You will still code when necessary, particularly for complex or critical components, but coding itself is no longer the primary definition of the role.
