Description

Lead the development and optimisation of web and mobile applications for Digital Channels using React, React Native, Node.js, and Next.js; Design and implement advanced rendering strategies: Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Client-Side Rendering (CSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR); Drive adoption of multi-frontend architectures or micro-frontends; Integrate solutions with headless CMS platforms (experience with Contentful is a strong advantage); Ensure web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices across all deliverables; Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making and code reviews; Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders; Champion agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Degree in Computer Science or related field; Strong hands-on experience with React, React Native, Node.js, and Next.js; Deep understanding of rendering strategies (SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR); Proven experience with micro-frontends and scalable architectures; Familiarity with headless CMS integration (Contentful is a plus); Expertise in web performance, accessibility, and SEO optimisation; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Autonomous, proactive, and able to make critical decisions; Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments; Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities; Continuous improvement mindset and experience in agile methodologies; Fluent in English.
