Description
We’re looking for a Frontend Developer with strong WordPress experience who enjoys building high-quality, performant, and well-structured websites. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver custom WordPress solutions for international clients, with a strong focus on frontend quality, flexibility, and user experience. This position is strictly remote-based in Greece and reports directly to our Head of Front-end Development. Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and frontend components Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive, and pixel-accurate WordPress implementations Collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to ensure technical feasibility and consistency Build flexible and scalable content structures using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) Create smooth, performant animations and interactions using GSAP Ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility across devices Apply SEO and frontend best practices across all projects Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and internal technical discussions At least 1 year of experience in a WordPress Frontend Developer role or similar position Strong experience with WordPress frontend development and custom themes Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Proven ability to work with Figma and accurately translate designs into code Hands-on experience building and managing custom fields and layouts using ACF Practical experience creating animations and interactions using GSAP Solid understanding of responsive design and modern frontend practices Experience with Git and version control workflows Nice to Have Experience with Tailwind CSS, especially within design systems or internal frameworks Familiarity with React and component-based frontend development Experience with Next.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks Familiarity with WebGL or interactive, graphics-driven frontend experiences Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques Basic PHP knowledge in a WordPress context Competitive compensation package Fully remote work within Greece Flexible working hours with a strong focus on outcomes Transparent and inclusive culture built on trust and accountability A friendly, high-performance digital workspace Clear technical guidance and mentorship from senior team members Opportunities for growth into senior or leadership roles Access to training, development, and mentoring programs
