What you will do: Lead cross-team efforts to improve our frontend and mobile code base across the company and lead platform initiatives. Participates in technical design and provides estimation. Build modern & rich UI, web and mobile applications, design and develop reusable components and front-end libraries Consistently follows and promotes SDLC best practices: Coding standard, testing, code reviews, code comments etc You will coach and mentor new team members and actively involved in Code Reviews, and provide feedback. Develop and maintain the frontend CI/CD and infrastructure. Experience Required : 6+ years Required skills/experience 6+ years of experience as Frontend/Mobile Developer Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science (or a related discipline) with focus on application/software development You must have experience setting up the full web/mobile workflow layer right from Development, Testing, Building and Deployment. Good architectural & design skills. You must have a good understanding of MVC architecture, various JS frameworks, libraries, design patterns, accessibility, performance, etc Expert knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, React, ReactNative ecosystem, and state management. Familiarity with object-oriented programming and functional programming Work and collaborate within a team.
