aiOla is a deep-tech AI lab specializing in Conversational, Voice, and Speech AI. We build enterprise-grade ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) and TTS (Text-to-Speech) technologies that power seamless, speech-driven workflows—whether via API integration or intuitive in-house applications. Our patented ASR foundation model, developed by world-class researchers, delivers 95%+ accuracy across languages, accents, jargon, and acoustic environments. We help enterprises unlock spoken data, improve frontline productivity, and power AI voice agents with robust, scalable technology. We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our R&D team and help build cutting-edge, scalable web applications that bring our AI products to life. You’ll work with React, TypeScript, and our modern toolchain to design and deliver delightful, performant experiences — from concept to production.. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience building modern web applications, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript (including Hooks, React Query, and state management libraries such as Zustand or Redux). Experience developing mobile-first or cross-platform applications; familiarity or experience with React Native is a strong plus. Proven ability to translate complex UX and product requirements into clean, maintainable, and production-ready code. Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and cloud environments (preferably AWS). Excellent collaboration skills and a “get things done” mindset Maintains a positive attitude and enjoys working in a collaborative environment Bonus: experience with backend development using NodeJS and microservice architectures Responsibilities Build the aiOla web & mobile web application from the ground up Translate UX and product specs into elegant, reliable, and accessible user interfaces Responsible for all aspects of development from end-to-end Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, backend, and DS teams to create seamless user journeys Develop features that integrate deeply with our AI and ASR capabilities Solve complex problems at the architectural, coding, and product levels. Responsibilities
