About the Role As an Engineer Coordinator, you will lead a team of developers, ensuring technical excellence, scalable architecture, and high-performing systems. You’ll drive best practices in React, microservices, NoSQL, messaging brokers, observability, and automated testing, while also playing a key role in people development and career growth. What You’ll Do People & Career Growth: Lead 1:1s, mentor engineers, set growth plans, and support team development. Technical Leadership: Guide the design, development, and scaling of frontend systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and maintainability. Collaboration & Delivery: Align with Software Architects, DevOps, and Product teams to drive technical decisions and remove blockers. Architecture & Best Practices: Oversee micro frontends. Experience in software engineering leadership and frontend development. Strong expertise in React and micro frontend. Deep understanding of observability, monitoring, and alerting. Experience with automated testing. People management skills, with a track record of mentoring and growing engineers. Excellent communication skills and ability to align business and technology needs. Advanced English for effective collaboration in an international team. Bonus / Plus Skills (Not required, but a big plus!) AI Development Tools & AI-based IDEs: Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity. Backend Knowledge: Familiarity with backend technologies such as Java and how they integrate with frontend systems.
