Your Role and Mindset:

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: As the sole Frontend Engineer in the Data Science Team, you will work closely with Data Scientists, Engineers and other specialists to bring innovative ideas to life. Your contributions will directly influence the development of cutting-edge solutions that drive meaningful impact for our customers.
  • Autonomy in Development: While your primary focus will be on frontend tasks, you will also contribute to backend aspects when needed to support your work. While deep backend expertise is not a prerequisite, the ability and willingness to learn quickly and work independently in this area are essential.
  • Product-Minded Approach: We are looking for a “Product-Minded Software Engineer”. This means you will be evaluated not only on your coding skills but also on your ability to understand the product, the users, and the business goals. We value engineers who think critically about how their work impacts the end product and who collaborate effectively to deliver solutions that add true value.
  • High-speed: We are working in a dynamic, high-speed environment where the team is accustomed to constant change and is ready to tackle fascinating technical challenges. This means focusing on quick decision-making to maintain momentum. While speed doesn’t always guarantee perfection, our goal is to act fast, iterate efficiently, and stay adaptable.
  • Maintaining and Improving Existing Code: As part of working on a live product, you will address bugs, implement updates, and ensure the ongoing stability and performance of the existing codebase. Your contributions will help us continuously refine and enhance the product for our users.
  • Maintaining Design System and Storybook: You will be responsible for keeping our Design System and Storybook up-to-date. You will create components that will be used by all front-end developers across the entire system.
  • Introducing New Standards: We are constantly improving our code and product. We are not afraid of change and are eager to implement new solutions if they prove to be better than the existing ones. We are always looking for ways to optimize, but we respect proven and working solutions.
