Senior Frontend Engineer (Product Engineering)
Remote
FINN is a fintech company building simple and transparent products that improve financial well-being for underbanked employees. Our core offering gives people access to wages they have already earned, alongside tools to help them manage money better, build savings, access insurance, earn additional income, and use fairer financial services.
Founded in 2022, FINN is the largest player in the early wage access space in Southeast Asia and is expanding rapidly into new markets globally. We are looking for ambitious builders who take ownership, move fast, and want to shape products that create meaningful impact in people’s lives.
This is a high-ownership IC role. You'll work alongside our Frontend Lead and a small team (currently 3, scaling to 5+), shipping features end-to-end across web and mobile.
What you'll do
How we work
We're a small team that values clear thinking over heavy process. Engineers get real context on the "why" and autonomy on the "how." We ship frequently, learn from production, and make pragmatic tradeoffs. We plan enough to move confidently — but never so much that we slow down.
AI in our workflow
AI is becoming core to how we build. We use LLMs daily for coding, debugging, automated code reviews, design doc reviews, and we're building internal tooling to push this further in and out of the Engineering team. We expect engineers to use AI as a force multiplier in their daily work — and to contribute ideas on how we can do it better.
What we're looking for
Our stack is Angular + Ionic. Strong engineers from React, Vue, or other modern frameworks ramp quickly — we care more about fundamentals than specific framework experience.
