What You'll Work On - Build React components with proper state management and hooks - Implement pages and layouts using Next.js App Router - Style responsive UIs using Tailwind CSS - Integrate with REST APIs and handle async data fetching - Write TypeScript with proper typing - Contribute to shared component libraries - Participate in code reviews and iterate on feedback Required Skills Must Have - React - Strong fundamentals: hooks, component lifecycle, conditional rendering, state management - Next.js - Familiar with App Router, pages, layouts, client vs server components - TypeScript - Comfortable with types, interfaces, generics basics - Modern JavaScript - ES6+ - Tailwind CSS - Can build responsive layouts - Git - Comfortable with branches, PRs, rebasing - Open Source - Contributions to open source projects OR significant personal projects on GitHub Nice to Have - Experience with TanStack Query or SWR - Familiarity with Jotai, Zustand, or Redux - Understanding of REST APIs and data fetching patterns - Experience with Radix UI or shadcn/ui- Knowledge of testing (Vitest, Jest) - Deployed projects
