Job Description: We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to build the next-generation Synaptix AIOps portal, delivering real-time dashboards, anomaly viewers, metrics explorers, and monitoring interfaces for enterprise IT operations. You will work with React/Next.js, TypeScript, and advanced data visualization libraries to create fast, intuitive, and scalable UIs that power the Synaptix platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clean, usable UI and collaborating closely with designers, Product Analysts, and backend/data teams. Key Responsibilities: UI Development & Portal Features Build core Synaptix AIOps portal modules: dashboards, metrics explorer, anomaly viewer, model monitoring pages, and logs/metrics displays. Develop reusable front-end components and visualization layers that support large-scale data. Implement real-time data rendering using WebSockets and streaming APIs. Ensure smooth rendering of charts, metrics, and logs with optimized performance. Collaboration & UX Alignment Work closely with designers and Product Analysts to refine UX for IT operations workflows. Translate technical and analytical requirements into intuitive UI/UX flows. Coordinate with backend and data teams for API integration and data format alignment. Quality, Performance & Standards Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Optimize UI performance for heavy dashboards and real-time updates. Ensure responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility. Follow best practices in accessibility, version control, and testing. Key Requirements: Solid experience with React / Next.js and TypeScript. Proficiency in charting/visualization libraries: ECharts, Recharts, or D3.js. Experience implementing real-time UI using: WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, or streaming endpoints. Experience integrating APIs (REST/GraphQL) and handling large datasets. Strong understanding of frontend performance tuning and state management. Ability to build reusable, modular component systems.
