We’re working on an internal platform that integrates seamlessly with AGVs (automated guided vehicles) and other systems, making it easier, faster, and smarter to move goods between locations.

BONUS SKILLS:

  • Experience with integration platforms i.e., Apache Pulsar, Rabbit MQ, or similar
  • Experience with observability and tracing, e.g. with Elastic and OpenTelemetry
  • Experience with CI/CD, testing automation, and deploying Containerized Applications using Helm charts
  • Experience with system and service architecture

Responsibilities

As a Frontend Engineer , you’ll collaborate with 6 other engineers in a tight-knit, friendly team. You’ll build internal tools that allow shopfloor operators to interact with logistics systems, whether through web apps built with React and TypeScript , or handheld devices using React Native .
You’ll work in 3-week sprints , participate in daily stand-ups, and have the chance to drive structure , help shape the UI/UX, and deliver scalable solutions that will eventually roll out to our factory in Virginia and beyond.

Beyond this you will:

  • Engineer robust, well-tested frontend applications using React and TypeScript
  • Build secure and privacy-compliant solutions aligned with LEGO Group standards
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth integration with backend systems (e.g., SAP and automated logistics solutions)
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure product adaptability and reliability
  • Contribute to team culture, code quality, and product directionParticipate in backlog refinement and sprint planning in our Scrum setup
