As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building sleek, intuitive interfaces that empower businesses to automate complex workflows, scale sustainability efforts, and turn data into strategic, impactful decisions.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• React Expertise: Advanced knowledge of React, with the ability to build complex and scalable applications.
• State Management: Proficient in state management (Redux, specifically Redux Toolkit, hooks, etc.).
• High-Performance Applications: Ability to build optimized, high-performance applications, with a focus on efficient rendering and responsiveness.
• Design Systems: Ability to build and/or use design systems, ensuring consistency across UI components.
• UI/UX Design: Strong design abilities, with experience in UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Tooling: Proficient in TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, and experience working with monorepos.
• API Integration: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Testing Frameworks: Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
• Bonus: Experience in crafting new interfaces for AI-based applications.

SOFT SKILLS

• Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Design Sensibility: Strong design skills, with a focus on creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• User Experience Focus: An eye for design and user experience, with an ability to contribute to and critique UI/UX decisions, including experience building and/or using design systems.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Problem Solving: Interest in solving complex problems using innovative approaches.
• Accessibility: Knowledgeable in web accessibility standards, committed to creating inclusive applications, and skilled in internationalizing for a global audience.
