Description
Lead the development, standardization, benchmarking and continuous improvement of operation/equipment metrics, business processes and BKMs for the FE ME network. Govern the ground rules for FE ME operation and Fab fields. Proactively uncover opportunities for improvement by deep-diving into the root cause of WS or Equipment MA/Lost/Standby nonperformance, partner with Site/MAE/CPEE teams drive recovery and improvement. Anticipate potential obstacles in constraint workstation management and develop strategies with the site ME Managers to improve WPD. Partner with network SIC, Equipment and Process team to improve and support BIC (Best In Class) Gb Output, Constraint Workstation utilization, as well as NPI (New Product Introduction) Cycle Time and Inventory Management. Be an Area technical global SME to optimize area operations, systems integration and to drive global standardization across all sites. Govern MAS change process with WW alignment and implementation of scheduling enhancements and drive continuous improvement in scheduling solutions. Identify challenges in operations and conduct Powerwalk to discover opportunities for improving efficiency through digital transformation. Lead proof-of-concepts and facilitate deployment of BKM reports and automation to improve fab/area efficiency and productivity. Participate in the WW ME forums, facilitate area network meetings and sustain/audit existing BKMs and business processes in the network. Cultivate an environment of motivation to encourage engagement from distributed team members, enabling them to reach their fullest potential. Bachelors/Masters Degree in Engineering or related field of study or equivalent experience Intermediate knowledge of the 300mm semiconductor manufacturing process is preferred. Confirmed experience in Manufacturing Engineering. Proficient in the fundamental principles of Lean Manufacturing, Equipment Efficiency, and Line Management. Knowledge in SQL, Tableau, Python capability to enable automation will be an advantage. Lean Six Sigma Certified or Lean Manufacturing Certified will be an advantage. Show initiative and determination to identify the right collaborators and overcome obstacles to achieve objectives for various projects. Proven track record of effective global collaboration, demonstrate good cultural awareness and agility to effectively drive alignment and use digital tools to establish rapport remotely across various countries.
