We’re looking for a mid-to-senior Frontend Developer to lead the charge on our frontend across multiple Ruby on Rails and Node.js applications in the adult entertainment space. Our sites have been online for over 25 years, attracting millions of visitors each month, and now it’s time to make them faster, sleeker, and easier to maintain!
You’ll be the go-to person for all things frontend in a product team of 4 developers, QA, and DevOps, working closely with the lead engineer and backend developers. If you’re a proactive self-starter, you’ll fit right in! This role is perfect for someone who values decision-making autonomy, enjoys establishing robust architectures, modernizing legacy code, and building reusable, well-structured components as part of a design system.

• Develop and maintain frontends using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Web Components, Bootstrap.
• Build and maintain design systems that keep our components, typography, and styling looking sharp and consistent.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, implement SEO changes, and run A/B tests to boost conversions.
• Replace outdated tech with modern frameworks and keep everything fresh and up to date.
• Write unit tests with Jest and maintain high-quality code standards.Collaborate closely with the team to deliver features that impact millions of visitors.
