• A solid track record: 2-5 years of experience building complex web applications. What matters more than the number is your proven ability to handle complexity and ship features independently. Experience with Angular or Vue is a big plus.
• Deep AI Integration: AI isn’t just a gimmick for you; it’s a core part of how you think, code, and solve problems. You should be able to articulate how AI helps you accelerate development, improve code quality, and tackle more complex challenges.
• A deep sense of ownership: You take responsibility for your work from start to finish. You have a “figure-it-out” mentality and are comfortable navigating ambiguity to deliver results.
• A love for problem-solving: You enjoy diving into a good challenge and can translate complex requirements into clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
