ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Frontend Software Engineer, you’ll join our dynamic Product Team dedicated to advancing our Cafe Product—a powerful tool enabling coffee chains to make data-driven decisions for an economically sustainable and environmentally responsible, high-quality coffee experience at scale.
Your contributions will be beyond technical implementation to include design and solution development. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers to address the real needs of our customers and ensure a tangible, positive impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work in a multidisciplinary team together with a Product Manager, UX Designer, Backend Engineers and fellow Frontend Engineers.
• Work on our youngest product. This means new features and challenges on a regular basis, incorporating a lot of incoming customer feedback.
• Design, discuss, and iterate on ideas to continuously improve our Cafe Product. We are looking for people who proactively bring in their own ideas. We provide the context and environment for your success, trusting you to find the technical solutions.
• Develop frontend code with a strong focus on performance, testability, and reliability, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Work on a frontend codebase where the Clean Architecture principles are at its core. We write code that is framework agnostic and only use React as a rendering tool for the visualization layer.
• Learn about the specialty coffee industry, creating solutions that positively impact the life of thousands of coffee producers, roasters, and baristas.
