Job Description Own decisions about the technical aspects of a product and its architecture Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritise project requirements Contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance software solutions Ensure that code quality, performance, and security standards are met Identify and address any technical challenges and bottlenecks Continuously improve development processes and performance Qualifications 3+ years of experience in frontend technologies and frameworks You’re a creative, fast learner who enjoys overcoming challenges in a complex environment You have excellent communication skills, an inherent willingness to help others and the ability to deep dive into complex applications You’re proactive with a desire to understand how things work You articulate your ideas effectively in English both verbally and in writing Additional Information The Wix Emails team is at the forefront of crafting powerful, reliable and scalable email solutions. We take full ownership of building and maintaining the email infrastructure that supports millions of Wix users. Our team is also responsible for developing an AI-powered email composing product and providing robust analytics to optimize email performance.
