We’re looking for an R&D Team Lead to join our growing R&D department. As the Artlist Core Team Lead, you’ll lead a high-profile team working on one of Artlist’s most strategic products. You’ll guide a group of talented professionals, foster a culture of creativity and technical excellence, and play a pivotal role in driving groundbreaking solutions that shape the future of our platform. Wake up for this Join Artlist’s Frontend Development team — the group behind our user-facing products that power a global creative ecosystem used by millions. Lead a high-profile team working on one of Artlist’s most strategic and visible products. Build high-performance, visually engaging, and intuitive web experiences using modern technologies and scalable design systems. Drive the evolution of Artlist’s next-gen Gen-AI suite — including tools for voice cloning, text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video generation. Collaborate closely with product, design, marketing, and backend teams to deliver impactful, creator-focused features. Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical direction to engineers. Influence architectural decisions, maintain code quality, and ensure scalability. Foster a culture of speed, quality, and innovation. Continuously improve team velocity, delivery predictability, and engineering excellence. Requirements 2+ years managing R&D team leads, coordinating cross-team deliveries and roadmaps. 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong frontend expertise in React, Angular, or similar frameworks. Proven experience building and maintaining complex, high-scale web applications, collaborating closely with backend teams on system design and architecture. Analytical and data-driven mindset, leveraging metrics and insights to guide technical and product decisions. Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies, with a focus on iteration, delivery predictability, and measurable outcomes. Exceptional communication and mentorship skills — able to present technical strategy to executives, inspire engineers, and grow future leaders.Artlist is where the creative arts meet technology.
