CORE TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Framework: React.js (preferred), Vue.js, or Angular
• Styling: TailwindCSS, SCSS, or design systems like Material UI
• TypeScript fluency
• API integration with secure token headers (Bearer, OAuth2)
• Web GIS integration (Mapbox GL, OpenLayers, Leaflet)
• Real-time data: WebSockets, SSE (Server-Sent Events)
• Unit testing with Jest, React Testing Library

COMMON/TEAM-WIDE SOFT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Agile/Scrum familiarity (stand-ups, retros, sprint grooming)
• Prior work with regulated systems (aviation, finance, healthcare)
• Comfortable with security-first development
• Ability to work cross-functionally with DevSecOps, QA, and safety/compliance teamsStrong documentation discipline (important for audits and traceability)
