CORE JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of two years of experience as a hands-on web developer with an emphasis on front-end coding.
• Experience writing code from scratch using several front-end frameworks and languages.
• Background in web content management is preferred.
• Solid understanding of web security
• Solid understanding of coding standards and working within a Continuous Integration/Delivery DevOps driven environment.
• Proficient communicating in English; secondary language is a plus but not required.

We are looking for a hands-on web developer specializing in writing front-end code to join our digital platforms team. We are looking for someone that loves to build websites, write code from scratch, and innovate. You will work with a globally distributed and diverse team whose mission is to delivery world-class web solutions for SAP. Your core responsibilities will be:

• Working on various web projects from front-end delivery coding to helping DevOps with some operational scripting.
• Helping to define and support coding standards.
• Running code reviews and looking at ways to optimize our development processes.
• Helping wherever needed in our overall web delivery.

You will report to the head of development & engineering for Digital Platforms within the Demand Generation organization of Corporate Processes and Information Technology (CP&IT).
