  • DCS / DEC (preferred)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Management : 2 years (required)
  • Social Services: 2 years (preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Kinnect and client agencies while also monitoring caregiver attendance and service quality across assignments
  • Develop and maintain internal processes, forms, and policies including administrative duties for compliance
  • Streamline operations while also identifying opportunities to expand services with existing clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with new agencies and sponsors

Managing clients:

  • Tailor service packages and partnership proposals to client needs while also implementing renewals, and service upgrades
  • Negotiate contracts in alignment with client needs and company goals
  • Resolve escalated client issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Draft contracts and complete client-specific documentation
  • Stay informed about industry standards, trends, and regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
