What You’ll Do

  • Great and assist passengers with a warm, welcoming attitude.
  • Deliver clear, polite, and professional communication — even under pressure.
  • Provide support and guidance on check-ins, boarding, and safety procedures.
  • Be a visible, helpful presence during busy travel times.
  • Respond to questions or concerns with patience and efficiency.
  • Handle situations calmly, quickly, and with confidence.
