About the Company:
We are a proudly independently owned supermarket, established in December 2023. The store is located at the heart of the developing Alira Berwick Estate. Inside our modern store, it features a liquor department, freshly baked daily goods, hot foods, coffee, slurpee, and a yet to open deli. Our new and developing neighbours include child care, chemist, restaurants and dentist, just to name a few.
The Role:
Smashing daily goals and duties whilst working alongside other team members and leaders in a small team.

Your daily duties:

• Provide excellent customer service at the checkout and on the floor
• Stocking shelves and rotating stock
• Ensuring stock displayed are at the right price and in date
• General cleaning duties
• Keeping the store tidy and faced up

Who we are looking for:

• An enthusiastic, willing to learn individual who completes every task to a high standard.
• Someone who gives 100% to everything they do.
• Attention to detail
• Honesty
• A minimum availability of 3 days during the week and 1 day on the weekend every week preferred

Skills and experience:

• minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar industry such as hospitality and retail
• Working in a demanding, fast paced environment
• Previous liquor selling experience preferred for weekends and night shift
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate required or we can assist you in obtaining this if you do not have one.

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $33.00 – $46.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
