Description Develop through understanding of all washing and polishing procedures for the bullet manufacturing required in the wash and polish operation. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the wash and polishing equipment. Transfer of finished product from the production area to front wash and bulk storage. Essential Functions of the Job (listed in order of importance): 1. Able to perform chemical testing and analysis required for wash process. 2. Knowledge of liquid measuring tools. Marginal Job Functions: (if applicable) 1. Computer Knowledge for reporting production records. 2. Close attention to detail work. Requirements Skills Required to Perform the Duties of the Job: 1. Able to keep accurate records for production and inventory purpose’s. 2. Able to perform tool and machine part adjustments. 3. Exhibit safe work practice and good housekeeping skills. Educational Requirements Needed to Perform the Duties of the Job: 1. High school diploma/ GED or skilled trades Physical Requirements to Perform the Duties of the Job: 1. Able to lift 30lbs. Pushing 20lbs and Pulling 40lbs. 2. Able to stand, twist, bend at waist for long periods of time. 3. Able to work at a fast pace when needed. Experience Required to Perform the Duties of the Job: 1. Mechanical Background. 2. Manufacturing of some sort. Licensing or Other Special Certifications Required: 1. Able to pass fork truck certification. Exempt _____ Non-Exempt ___X__
