We are seeking dependable, positive team members to join our small, fast-paced team. Position Summary The Frozen Yogurt Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving frozen yogurt, coffee, and other beverages, maintaining a clean and organized shop, and supporting daily operations. Requirements Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Prepare frozen yogurt, toppings, and condiments for guest Prepare coffee and other beverages accurately Operate POS system and handle cash and card transactions Maintain cleanliness of counters, machines, dining areas, floors, & dishes Follow all food safety, sanitation, and shop SOPs Restock toppings, cups, and supplies as needed Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled Able to complete any additional duties that may be assigned Qualifications Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Previous food service or retail experience preferred, but not required Must obtain Idaho Food Handlers Card with in 2 weeks of hire date Scheduling Requirements Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred Flexible shifts available; ideal for students or those seeking supplemental income What We Offer Flexible scheduling Supportive, team-oriented work environment Employee discounts Opportunity to gain customer service and food service experience
