QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18+ years
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
A food handler card is required
Organizational/tidiness skills - always keep your workstation clean and organize
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Able to communicate in English or Chinese
Chinese language is a plus
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
Operating and maintaining deep fryers and other kitchen equipment.
Ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked with ingredients and supplies.
Ensuring that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations
Ensuring proper food handling and storage
Cleaning up the kitchen and maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Must be able to take direction.
